The battle of Crete. Compromise for the compensation.

The battle of Crete. It is hard to forget, because there were too many dead people. My grandfather was saved from execution the last minute. Some of my relatives did not make it and they got killed by Germans. The moral shock was great. However, this happened many decades ago and we cannot put the blame to the present German generation. Nowadays, the great issue for Greece, is the compensation for the atrocities of Nazi. The cost of compensation is enormous and I believe that Greece will face many denials from the German authorities, as this will mean the collapse of the German economy. An alternative realistic and achieving compromise is to hire descedants of the Greek dead people in German businesses domestically. Their salary must be generous. That’s all from me. Do it and let’s live in peace.
